1. Who we are

Sereva is operated by Armont Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Armont Group LLC. You can reach us at hello@sereva.care.

2. What Sereva is — and is not

Sereva provides guided facial exercise routines, a self-assessment based on a photograph you supply, and progress tracking. It is a wellness and fitness product.

Sereva is not a medical device, a medical service, or a diagnostic tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace advice from a dermatologist, physician, physiotherapist, or other qualified professional. The zone scores we show are an aesthetic self-assessment aid, not a clinical finding. If you have a medical condition affecting your face, jaw, or skin, consult a professional before starting.

Results vary between individuals. We do not promise any specific outcome, timeframe, or degree of change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription and to use the facial scan. By using Sereva you confirm that you are.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term. The first term is charged at the introductory price shown at checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term, at the standard rate disclosed at checkout and on our pricing page, and continues to renew until you cancel.
• We send a reminder by email before each renewal charge, including the amount and the date.
• You may cancel at any time using the management link in your purchase receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
• Prices may change. We will give you notice before a change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles all payment enquiries, invoicing and tax. Paddle’s name may appear on your bank or card statement. Paddle’s own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your content and your photograph

You keep ownership of the photograph you upload and the answers you give. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce and operate your program. How we handle the photograph — including the facial geometry derived from it — is described in the privacy policy. You confirm the photograph is of yourself and that you have the right to provide it.

9. Our content

The exercise routines, videos, text, design, software and trade marks in Sereva belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while it is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from them.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or resell access.
• Do not upload a photograph of another person without their consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Sereva for any unlawful purpose.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Sereva available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely during a term you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Sereva is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Termination

You may stop using Sereva at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, and will refund any unused paid period where the breach was not serious.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you by email before it applies. Continuing to use Sereva after a change means you accept the updated terms.
