Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-08-25
This policy explains what Armont Group LLC collects when you use Sereva, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted. The section on your photograph is the most important one — please read it.
1. Who is responsible
Armont Group LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@sereva.care.
2. What we collect
- Answers you give in the assessment — age range, areas you want to work on, routine and preferences.
- A photograph of your face, if you choose to use the scan, and the facial measurements derived from it. See section 3.
- Your email address, when you ask us to send your plan.
- Account and subscription data — subscription status, term and renewal dates. Card details are handled by Paddle; we never see or store them.
- Usage data — which screens you saw, which sessions you completed, and the marketing source you arrived from.
- Approximate location, if you allow it, to show local climate conditions. We use the city, not a precise position.
3. Your photograph and facial measurements
This is biometric information and we treat it as such. If you use the scan, we process the photograph to derive measurements of facial geometry, and use those measurements to score six zones and build your program.
- The scan is optional. You can use Sereva without it and receive a program based on your answers alone.
- We ask for your explicit consent before the camera opens, and tell you at that moment what we derive and for how long we keep it.
- We do not sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from your photograph or your facial measurements. Ever.
- We do not use them to identify you, to build a face-recognition model, or to train any general-purpose model.
- We do not disclose them to any third party except a processor strictly needed to run the scan, bound by contract to the same restrictions, or where we are required by law.
- Retention: the photograph is deleted within 30 days of the scan. The derived zone scores — numbers, not an image — are kept while your subscription is active and deleted within 90 days of it ending, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- You can have them deleted at any time by writing to privacy@sereva.care. We act within 30 days.
If you are in Illinois, Texas, Washington, or another jurisdiction with a specific biometric privacy law, these commitments are our written policy for retention and destruction under those laws.
4. Why we use it
- To build and deliver your program — this is the service you bought.
- To take payment and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional email: access, renewal reminders, receipts.
- To send marketing email, only if you gave us your address and did not opt out. Every marketing message has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To understand which parts of the product work, in aggregate.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, each bound to use the data only on our instructions:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — reseller and merchant of record. Handles payment and holds your billing data.
- Supabase — database and file storage, hosted in the United States.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — email delivery.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep things
- Photograph — deleted within 30 days.
- Zone scores and assessment answers — while your subscription is active, then up to 90 days.
- Account and email — until you ask us to delete, or two years after your last activity.
- Billing records — as long as tax and accounting law requires, held by Paddle.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop certain uses. You can also opt out of marketing at any time. Write to privacy@sereva.care and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Children
Sereva is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our processors are located in the United States. If you use Sereva from outside the US, your data will be transferred there and protected by appropriate safeguards.
11. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the site — keeping your session and remembering where you stopped in the assessment. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for consent first and update this policy.
12. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your photograph or facial measurements, we will ask for your consent again.
