SEREVA

Facial exercise · 28 days

Built from your face.

We read six zones of your face and build an exercise plan for the ones that need work. Eight minutes a morning. No creams, no product list.

Cream works above the muscle. Exercise reaches it.

A practice, not a purchase

Under the skin of your face sits a layer of muscle and connective tissue that holds the mid-face up. Topical products act above it. Movement is what reaches it.

That is the whole idea. We do not send you a shopping list. We send you a practice, shaped by what your own face needs.

Your face, not an average one

Six zones, scored separately

Most routines treat the face as one surface. Yours is not one surface. A strong jawline with tired eyes needs a different sequence than the reverse.

So each zone gets its own score, and the plan spends your eight minutes where the score is lowest.

Three steps

From a phone in your hand to a plan you keep

Answer

Twenty-eight questions about your face, your mornings and what you have already tried. Three minutes.

Read

Six zones scored separately — forehead, under eyes, cheeks, jawline, neck, lips. The lowest three get the time.

Practise

Eight guided minutes each morning, for twenty-eight days. That is the whole commitment.

The reading

It starts with what you already know

You know which part of your face bothers you, how your skin behaves when you press it, and how much time you will realistically give in the morning. The reading turns that into six numbers — and the numbers decide where the minutes go.

The sessions

Guided, movement by movement

Every session tells you which zone you are working, how the movement should feel, and when to stop. Nothing is left to interpretation, and nothing needs equipment — your hands are the whole toolkit.

Why eight minutes

The routine you keep beats the routine you admire

The hardest part of any face routine is doing it tomorrow. A twenty-minute sequence abandoned in week two is worth less than eight minutes you actually keep — so the plan is built short on purpose, at the hour you told us you start your day.

Facial exercise is not new. It is used in facial rehabilitation and speech therapy, where movement is prescribed for specific muscle groups. What Sereva adds is doing it deliberately, for the zones that scored lowest, instead of at random.

Three minutes to find out what your face needs.

Founding members

We are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise

There are no before-and-after photos on this page, and no reviews. Not because we are hiding them — because there are no members yet, and we would rather show you nothing than show you someone else’s face.

The first group gets the full twenty-eight days, and we ask one thing back: tell us honestly how it went. Their words and their photos — with permission — are what will fill this space.

What your plan looks like

Built from your reading, not from an average

Your six zone scores decide where the eight minutes go. From day one the app shows you the same four things — which zone is taking the time, how long each session runs, and whether you are actually doing it.

Four weeks

And what each one actually feels like

  1. Week 1

You feel it before you see it

Tone under your own fingers changes first. The mirror takes longer.

  2. Week 2

The routine stops feeling like a task

Eight minutes at a fixed time is short enough to survive a bad week.

  3. Week 3

The zones you flagged start to answer

Whatever you told us bothered you most is where the minutes have been going.

  4. Week 4

    You decide what happens next

Keep the same plan, or re-read your face and get a new one.

Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee about any specific outcome, and the figures shown above are an illustration of the app’s tracking, not a prediction about your face.

What Sereva is not

Sereva is an exercise and wellness program. It is not a medical device, not a medical service, and not a substitute for care from a dermatologist, physician, or other qualified professional. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. The zone scores are a self-assessment aid, not a clinical finding.
